The invention relates to a method for determining the capacity of a subject under examination by ECG while under the influence of physical activity, according to which electrodes are placed on the body of the subject under examination, for the purpose of recording an ECG, an electrocardiography is performed, and the following is registered on the ECG: a decrease in the F interval to R=p+iR, a decrease in the PQ interval, and a depression or elevation of the ST segment from 1.0 to 3.0 mm relative to the isoline. In order to determine the levels of aerobic exchange threshold, anaerobic exchange threshold, critical power and corresponding heart rate, the electrocardiography is performed in real time while the subject under examination is under the influence of physical activity, wherein notifications appear on a monitor display relating to changes in the F interval, PQ interval and ST segment, registered on the ECG, and are accompanied by an audible signal.Méthode pour déterminer la capacité d'agir d'un sujet examiné et soumis à un effort physique sur la base de son électrocardiogramme； selon cette méthode, on dispose sur le corps du sujet des électrode pour enregistrer l'ECG, on effectue l'électrocardiographie et on enregistre sur l'ECG la réduction de l'intervalle F jusqu'à R=p+iR； la baisse de l'intervalle PQ； la dépression ou la hausse du segment ST de 1,0 à 3,0 mm par rapport à l'isoligne, et pour déterminer les niveaux de seuil du métabolisme aérobie, le seuil du métabolisme anaérobie, la puissance critique et les fréquences des contractions cardiaques qui leurs correspondent, on effectue l'électrocardiographie pendant qu'on agit sur le sujet examiné au moyen d'une charge physique imposée en temps réel, les messages sur l'afficheur du moniteur portant sur le changement de l'intervalle F, de l'intervalle PQ et du segment ST sont enregistrée sur l'ECG et sont accompagnés d'un signal sonore.Способ определения дееспособности исследуемого субъекта по ЭКГ под воздейств
