PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure switchable mattress having a novel structure, in which each cell can be stably and firmly mounted with a simple structure relative to a base member while fluid tightness is secured for each cell to a connection part to a fluid pipe line and in which superior maintainability can be demonstrated.SOLUTION: On a base member 22 arranged on a base 12, a recessed groove part 30 and a pair of flange parts 32 and 32 are formed, and at the same time, a mounting piece part 72 is provided in a cell 28 constituting a supporting surface for a human body. The mounting piece part 72 is superposed on the flange parts 32 and 32 and fixedly clamped by clamping members 76 and 76.
