PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for tissue repairing.SOLUTION: An invention provides a fluid exchange cell culture technique and a tissue repair cell (TRC) made by the method, as well as a method for using the cell. The method comprises a new step of washing that increases the tissue repair property of the TRC of the invention. This washing step enables preparation of TRC populations having greater tissue repairing ability and anti-inflammatory ability. An embodiment of the invention comprises a post culture process preferably comprising a washing step to remove unnecessary residual culture ingredients, a volume-reducing step and a recollection step to collect cultured cells.
