PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultured artificial bone consisting of a prosthetic material which can reproduce a bone having a large deletion resulting from an injury, and has a high capability for differentiation-induction, a bone inducible cell to an osteoblast, which is indispensable for the induction of a bone reproduction, and a bone differentiation-inducible cell.
SOLUTION: This cultured artificial bone consists of the prosthetic material, and the osteoinductive cell. In this case, (i) the prosthetic material is constituted of a fiber structure of a biological absorbable polymer which has an average fiber diameter of 0.05 to 10 &mum, and consists of a porous body which has an average appearance density of 10 to 350 kg/m
