A processing method of an optical interference tomography by the present invention includes the steps of: acquiring a light interference tomography image by radiating light to an object generating a color space map based on the acquired image normalizing data of the acquired image rearranging data of the image in which the normalization is performed performing a tone mapping on data of the rearranged image and generating a color image by mapping the data of the image, in which the tone mapping is performed, by using the generated color space map.
