The present invention relates to a fertilizer sprayer having a load cell, and a trailer. The fertilizer sprayer has a load cell to enable an operator to accurately and easily confirm a loading residual amount of a fertilizer in a hopper of a sprayer in real time. To this end, the fertilizer sprayer of the present invention has a load cell between a body frame which can be driven by receiving towing force from a tractor and a hopper installed at the top of the body frame to load a fertilizer, wherein the load cell measures the weight of the fertilizer loaded in the hopper. When the fertilizer in the hopper is sprayed by the load cell, a change in the weight is measured. At the same time, a change in the weight thereof is displayed on a display unit in real time.
