The present invention relates to a method for producing original fungi of Poria cocos Wolf. The method comprises the followings steps: (A) collecting raw Poria cocos Wolf lumps from a hill, and storing the collected raw Poria cocos Wolf lumps at 20.5C; (B) obtaining a starch liquid by adding 30030 g of potatoes in 1,500 mL of water and decocting the same, and producing a nutritional agent including 4.20.5 g of calcium phosphate monobasic, 2.50.3 g of magnesium sulfate, 30.3 g of vitamin B1, 2.20.3 g of vitamin C, 22.53 g of gelatin, and 4.80.5 g of glucose; (C) inserting and disinfecting an empty culturing glass pipe in a sterilizer, inserting 101 mL of the nutritional agent in the disinfected glass pipe, blocking the glass pipe by cotton wool, inserting the glass pipe in the sterilizer, and performing sterilization at a temperature of 12120C and under a pressure of 1.50.2 kg/cm^2 for 404 minutes; (D) completely cooling and hardening the liquid nutritional agent in the glass pipe while the sterilized glass pipe is stood at an angle of 202, so as to make the longest length of the nutritional agent maintained at 334% compared to the length of the glass pipe; (E) putting 30.3 g of cores of raw Poria cocos Wolf lumps on the nutritional agent in the glass pipe in a sterilized state, blocking the glass pipe by cotton wool, and culturing the same for 71 days; (F) adding and sterilizing the nutritional agent identically to step (C) in each of 202 disinfected glass pipes, and performing a procedure which is identical to step (D); and (G) adding 0.50.1 g of hyphae of cultured bacteria obtained from step (E) in each of glass pipes in a sterilized state, blocking the glass pipes by cotton wool, inserting the glass pipes in the disinfected culture medium, and performing culturing at a temperature of 253C and under the humidity of 453% for 71 days. According to the present invention, Poria cocos Wolf having a high content of active ingredients can be produced.본 발명은 복령 원균 생성방법에 관한
