Embodiments herein disclose systems and methods for determining defect in visual field of a user. The present disclosure relates to field of medical analysis and diagnostics and more particularly relates to systems and methods for determining neurological visual diseases of the user by using the Virtual Reality (VR) display device such as a Head Mounted Display (HMD) device. The method includes providing visual stimuli along with a center weighted object to test the neurological visual disease of the user. The method includes generating a heat map or a graph to display region of blind spot in the eye of user. Further, the method includes detecting brain nerve defect, by using an Electroencephalography (EEG) sensor device along with the HMD device to differentiate between the brain disease and visual disease. Also, the method includes modifying a position of the center weighted object based on detected eye gaze of the user. FIG.2
