PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image control system and a portable terminal for supporting a medical activity by the portable terminal.SOLUTION: A medical image control system of an embodiment comprises a medical image diagnosis device and a portable terminal. The medical image diagnosis device includes a collection unit, a distribution unit and a reflection unit. The collection unit takes moving pictures of an object following predetermined photographic conditions to collect moving picture data. The distribution unit spontaneously distributes the moving picture data to the portable terminal. The reflection unit receives control information transmitted from the portable terminal, and reflects the received control information on processing by the medical image diagnosis device. The portable terminal includes a reproduction unit and a control information transmission unit. The reproduction unit receives the moving picture data distributed by the distribution unit, and spontaneously reproduces the received moving picture data.
