The present disclosure provides combinations of fused bicyclic amine compounds and anti-inflammatory agents for treating ocular inflammatory disorders and diseases. Further provided are pharmaceutical compositions of the compounds and the anti-inflammatory agents. In some embodiments, the anti-inflammatory agent is selected from anti-inflammatory steroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compounds, anti-metabolites, immunosuppressive antibiotics, alkylating agents and anti-inflammatory cytokine antibodies.
