A single dose package having concentric partial or semi-cylindrical bodies holding an applicator and a material chamber that can be rupturably separated from the handle. An outer partial cylinder disposed over the inner semi-cylindrical body surrounds and holds the applicator. Movement of the handle relative to the material chamber separates the handle from the material chamber, thereby allowing access to the material contained within the material chamber.
