Disclosed is a linear cutting stapler (100) comprising upper and lower pliers (10, 20) able to mutually close together or open up. The upper pliers (10) comprise a staple anvil (11), and the lower pliers (20) comprise a staple cartridge frame (23), the near end of the staple anvil (11) is provided with a positioning pin (111), and the near end of the staple cartridge frame (23) is formed with a pin slot (231) or the near end of the staple cartridge frame (23) is provided with the positioning pin (111) and the near end of the staple anvil (11) is formed with the pin slot (231), wherein the pin slot (231) comprises a first slot position (P1) and a second slot position (P2) matching the positioning pin (111), the first slot position (P1) and the second slot position (P2) are partially joined and are provided at an angle when the upper and lower pliers (10, 20) rotate from closed to open taking the positioning pin (111) as a bearing shaft, the positioning pin (111) actively rotates from the first slot position (P1) and is clamped in the second slot position (P2).
