The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing slices of dried and seasoned adductor muscles of pen shells and the slices of dried and seasoned adductor muscles of pen shells manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: washing adductor muscles of pen shells and cutting the same into slices (step 1); preparing a seasoning (step 2); putting the sliced adductor muscles of pen shells in the seasoning and steaming the same (step 3); and drying the steamed adductor muscles of pen shells with infrared rays (step 4). The slices of dried and seasoned adductor muscles of pen shells does not become hard even in the case of long term storage, thereby being able to be used as a snack or an accompaniment to a drink.본 발명은 키조개 관자 조미포의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 키조개 관자 조미포에 관한 것으로, 키조개 관자를 세척하고 슬라이스 하는 단계(단계 1); 조미액을 제조하는 단계(단계 2); 상기 조미액에 상기 슬라이스 한 키조개 관자를 넣고 자숙하는 단계(단계 3); 및 상기 자숙한 키조개 관자를 적외선 건조하는 단계(단계 4); 를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 장기간 저장하여도 딱딱해지지 않아 간식이나 안주로 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
