The present invention relates to an apparatus to determine the incidence of a circulatory disease and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a user data receiving step of receiving user data on blood pressure and blood flow of the user; a pattern calculating step of calculating a three-dimensional user pattern on the user based on the received user data; a pattern comparing step of comparing a comparison subject pattern, which is calculated based on the blood pressure and blood flow data of a normal person and a patient with a circulatory disease, which are stored in a database, with the calculated user pattern; and a result output step of outputting the incidence of a circulatory disease, which visualizes which of the positions of the normal person and the patient with a circulatory disease stored in the database is closer to the user based on the result of the comparison. The present invention is to provide an apparatus to determine the incidence of a circulatory disease and a method thereof, which are able to determine how easily people with a similar constitution to the user suffer from a circulatory disease through the findings of blood pressure and pulse of the user obtained through mobile measuring equipment.본 발명의 일 실시 예는, 사용자의 혈압 및 혈류에 대한 사용자데이터를 수신하는 사용자데이터수신단계, 상기 수신된 사용자데이터를 기초로 상기 사용자에 대한 3차원 사용자패턴을 산출하는 패턴산출단계, 데이터베이스에 저장된 정상인과 순환계(circulatory)환자의 혈압 및 혈류에 대한 데이터를 기초로 산출된 비교대상패턴을, 상기 산출된 사용자패턴과 비교하는 패턴비교단계 및 상기 비교한 결과를 기초로 상기 사용자가 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 정상인과 순환계환자 중 어느 위치에 더 가까운지 시각화한 순환계질환 발생잠재도를 출력하는 결과출력단계를 포함하는 순환계질환 발생잠재도를 판단하는 방법을 제공한다.
