PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing device and a medical information processing system capable of determining an imaging condition of a medical image diagnostic device according to the accuracy desired by a user on a feature amount generated by a machine learning model.SOLUTION: A medical information processing device includes an acquisition unit and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires information on the accuracy of a learned model that outputs information on a lesion included in data on the medical image on the basis of input of the data on the medical image.
