PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a chair type massage machine having a seat part and a backrest part to effectively perform stretching around a lumbar part of a human body and systemic stretching centering on that part.SOLUTION: A chair type massage machine is constituted to include a seat part 12 and arm treatment parts to be movable in a front and rear direction and also to allow a forward movement of the seat part to synchronize with a backward inclination of a backrest part 13 and a backward movement of the arm treatment parts. Shoulder hold means 35 for holding shoulder parts of a seated human body are arranged on both right and left sides of the backrest part. Then, control is performed to stretch a lumber part and its peripheral part of a seated human body by allowing the shoulder hold means to hold both of the shoulder parts of the human body when the backrest part is in an erected state, and inclining the backrest part backward while keeping this state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】座部と背もたれ部を備えた椅子式マッサージ機において、人体の腰部周りと、この部分を中心とした全身的なストレッチが効果的に行えるようにする。【解決手段】座部１２及び腕施療部を前後方向に移動可能に備えるとともに、座部の前方への移動と背もたれ部１３の後方への傾倒及び腕施療部の後方への移動とが同期するように構成する。背もたれ部の左右両側には、着座した人体の肩部分を保持する肩ホールド手段３５を備える。そして、背もたれ部が起立状態であるときに肩ホールド手段で人体の両肩部分を保持し、この状態のまま背もたれ部を後方に傾倒して、着座した人体の腰部分と、その周辺を中心としたストレッチができるように制御する。【選択図】図１
