A packing bag is first prepared and the fresh fruit and vegetable type agricultural product is put into the packing bag which is then sealed up. After the fruit and vegetable type agricultural product consumes oxygen under the breathing action and continuously produces carbon dioxide to fill up the packing bag, the amount of oxygen contained in the packing bag is relatively reduced.
