PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for internal use which contains glucuronolactone and glucuronic acid and to provide a composition for internal use which has good feeling of administration by improving masking of unpleasant taste and preservation stability of the masking, in the composition for the internal use of a liquid preparation containing a medicament having an unpleasant taste.

SOLUTION: [1] The composition for internal use contains (A1) one or more selected from the glucuronolactone, the glucuronic acid, and its salt, (B) neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, and (C) one or more selected from grape sugar, fruit sugar, and honey. [2] The composition for internal use is a liquid preparation of pH 2-4, containing (A2) the medicament having the unpleasant taste, (B) the neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, and (C) one or more selected from the grape sugar, the fruit sugar and the honey.
