PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method that can easily detect kudoa septempunctata.SOLUTION: A detection method is configured to: irradiate a sample put in a static magnetic field of 4.7 Tesla to 10 Tesla with an electromagnetic wave and detect whether kudoa septempunctata is present in the sample depending upon presence or absence of reception of a nuclear magnetic resonance signal based on radiation of the electromagnetic wave larger by 1.2±0.3 ppm than a chemical shift of a resonance frequency of proton. Further, the detection method causes a linear inclination magnetic field to be overlapped on the static magnetic field, and when receiving the nuclear magnetic field resonance signal, can detect a distribution of the kudoa septempunctata in the sample thanks to the nuclear magnetic field resonance image based on the reception of the signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
