PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter, the distal end part side of which is easy to bend, and which is excellent in operability.SOLUTION: A catheter 100 includes a first area 100A positioned on the distal end side of the catheter, and a second area 100B positioned on the proximal end side of the first area 100A. A coil layer 30 includes a first coil 31 positioned in the first area 100A, and a second coil 32 positioned in the second area 100B.
