PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a cervical traction brace in which some patients complain of pain in a jaw, a temporomandibular joint and a tooth when using the cervical traction brace, and the patients complain of pain during cervical traction treatment, and therefore rest treatment is not possible for the patients with a proper traction force, however, there is no cervical traction brace compatible with this and capable of performing the safe and proper cervical traction treatment, also it is very troublesome to adjust the size of the brace according to an age difference and an individual difference, and the brace compatible with all sizes in one is not present.SOLUTION: In a cervical traction brace and a cervical traction brace unit worn on a patients head when performing cervical traction treatment, a limit extension part not extending more than a predetermined length is provided in a jaw tool contained in the cervical traction brace, a portion of the traction connector, or in both of them.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】頸椎牽引装具を使用する際、顎部や顎関節、歯などに疼痛を訴える患者がおり、頸椎牽引治療をする際、患者が疼痛を訴えるため、適正な牽引力で患者に対し安静な治療が行えないという問題があるが、これに対応することができ、且つ、安全で適正な頸椎牽引治療が施せる頸椎牽引装具がない。また、年齢差、個人差により装具のサイズの調整をするのは非常に手間であるとともに、全てのサイズを1つで対応できる装具も存在しない。【解決手段】頸椎牽引治療を行う際に患者の頭部に装着する頸椎牽引装具及び頸椎牽引装具ユニットにおいて、前記頸椎牽引装具に包含される顎部具、又は牽引接続具の一部、若しくはその両方に、一定長さ以上伸長しない制限伸長部を設けた。【選択図】図1
