The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neutrophilic lung inflammatory disease by including an interleukin-17 inhibitor and a tumor necrosis factor-alpha inhibitor as active ingredients, and a screening method of a neutrophilic lung inflammatory disease treatment material. As study results of changes in hematopoiesis in bone marrow by using a neutrophilic asthmatic mouse model in which a neutrophilic lung inflammatory response was induced, inventors of the present invention: newly identified G-CSF which is a mediator of changing the hematopoietic function of bone marrow； furthermore, confirmed that G-CSF production was induced by simultaneous stimulation of IL-17 and TNF-α in lung epithelial cells； and experimentally confirmed the hematopoietic normalization of bone marrow and the treatment effect of neutrophilic asthma thereby according to the single injection of anti-G-CSF antibody or the simultaneous injection of anti-IL-17 antibody and anti-TNF-alpha antibody by using a mouse model. The present invention provides a new therapeutic target for neutrophilic lung inflammatory disease. According to the present invention, the IL-17 inhibitor and the TNF-α inhibitor are expected to be a new treatment method for the neutrophilic lung inflammatory disease which does not have effective treatment in conventional methods.본 발명은 인터류킨-17 억제제 및 종양괴사인자-알파 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 호중구성 폐 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 호중구성 폐 염증질환 치료물질의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명자들은 호중구성 폐 염증반응이 유도된 호중구성 천식 마우스 모델을 이용해 골수에서 조혈작용의 변화를 연구한 결과, 골수의 조혈작용을 변화시키는 매개인자인 G-CSF를 새롭게 규명하였고, 나아가 폐 상피세포에서 IL-17과 TNF-α의 동시 자극에 의해 G-CSF의 생성이 유도되는 것을 확인하였으며, 마우스 모델을 이용해 항-G-CSF 항체의 단독 투여 또는 항-IL-17 항체와 항-TNF-α 항체의 동시투여에 따른 골수의 조혈작용 정상화 및 이에 따른 호중구성 천식의 치료효과를 실험적으로 확인하였다. 이에 본 발명은 호중구성 폐 염증질환의 새로운 치료 표적을 제시하며, 본 발명에 따른 IL-17 억제제 및 TNF-α 억제제는 종래 효과적인 치료법이 없는 호중구성 폐 염증질환에 대한 새로운 치료법이 될 것으로 기대된다.
