PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid seasoning containing dried fish powder which has an excellent flavor balance by inhibiting a peculiar unpleasant odor derived from the dried fish powder while sufficiently maintaining a strong stock feeling derived from the dried fish powder.SOLUTION: Liquid seasoning contains dried fish powder, refermented soy sauce and unrefined soy sauce. A content ratio of the dried fish powder to the liquid seasoning is 0.1 mass% or more. A content ratio of the refermented soy sauce to the liquid seasoning is 20 mass% or less.
