To provide an intraocular lens support body capable of effectively transferring movement of a ciliary zonule to improve performance of an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens assembly provided with an intraocular lens support body 10 includes an intraocular lens 30, an intraocular lens support body 10 surrounding the intraocular lens 30, and connection means 50 fixing the intraocular lens 30 to the intraocular lens support body 10. The connection means 50 holds the intraocular lens 30 therein and is configured as structures inserted and fixed in the intraocular lens support body 10.
