A connecting device for a fibula truncation point, which is used for connecting a first and a second section fibula of a truncated fibula, comprising a nail body having at least one first penetrating segment for axially penetrating into the medullary cavity of the first section fibula of the truncated fibula a first fixation element fixed to the nail body for being across disposed an end surface of the first section fibula or being spaced from the end surface of the first section fibula at a distance and a second fixation element fixed to the nail body for being across disposed on an end surface of the second section fibula or being spaced from the end surface of the second section fibula at a distance as a result, the truncated fibula can be axially connected satisfactorily through propping up the first fixation element and the second fixation element between the end surface of the first and the second section fibula. In addition to preventing the truncated fibula from shifting outwards, when the fibula bears the body weight, the load is transferred axially along the medullary cavity of the fibula, significantly reducing flexural moment and obtaining good axial support to effectively avoid another fracture of the fibula.
