PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ease-of-use ear insertion plug that properly fits an ear hole and that has high soundproof performance.SOLUTION: An ear insertion plug 1 includes a base part 3, and an insertion part 5 that has a planar outer shape smaller than the base part 3 and that protrudes from one side of the base part 3. The insertion part 5 has a bag-like elastic member 7, and a soundproof member that is encapsulated in a sealed state into the elastic member 7.
