The invention relates to a vacuum cementation system comprising a container (2), wherein negative pressure is produced in at least one section of a container opening system comprising the at least one container and at least one of the containers in the system is mechanically opened either indirectly or directly due to the pressure difference between the negative pressure and the pressure surrounding the container opening system or the pressure inside the container. The invention also relates to a container opening system comprising at least one container (2) for at least one liquid and/or at least one powder, an opening device (9) and an outlet opening (6) for applying negative pressure, the opening device being mobile relative to a section of the container when negative pressure is applied, and to a vacuum cementation system comprising said container opening system, comprising at least one cement powder cartridge, the container of the container opening system being preferably a vial, especially a monomer liquid container, and the vacuum cementation system comprising means for connecting the cement powder cartridge to the vial.
