A confectionery composition comprises a convoluted chocolate sheet having foldlines arranged generally along afirst direction and having at least one region of weakness. The or each regionof weakness extends along the full width of thechocolate sheet substantially in a single plane transverse to the firstdirection. Also provided are scraper blades for removingchocolate from a roller to form a chocolate sheet, and apparatus and methodsfor producing the confectionery composition de-scribed.
