PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid overlapping of a blood vessel and a bone edge when a DSA image is prepared from a DA image in real time.SOLUTION: In an X-ray imaging apparatus for obtaining the DSA image in real time by one imaging for obtaining the DA image, from a subtraction image obtained during collecting the images, an approaching angle of a blood vessel to a bone at a point of time when the blood vessel and the edge of the bone tend to overlap each other is calculated, and from this calculated approaching angle of the blood vessel to the bone, an observed angle of separating the blood vessel from the bone is counted backward, and a system controlling part 8 for controlling the angles of an X-ray generating part 1 and a holding device 3 for holding an X-ray detecting part 2 at this angle counted backward is provided. It is possible thereby to collect the DSA image having less overlapping of the blood and the edge of the bone in real time, and to improve an accuracy of the diagnosis.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】DA画像からリアルタイムにDSA画像を作成する場合、血管と骨のエッジとの重なりを回避するようにする。【解決手段】DA画像を得る1回の撮影によってリアルタイムにDSA画像を得るX線画像撮影装置において、画像収集中に得られたサブトラクション画像から、血管と骨のエッジとが重なりそうになった時点での血管の骨に対する進入角度を演算し、この演算された血管の骨に対する進入角度から、血管が骨から離れる観察角度を逆算し、この逆算した角度にX線発生部1およびX線検出部2を保持する保持装置3の角度を制御するシステム制御部8を備えた。これにより、血管と骨のエッジとの重なりの少ないDSA画像がリアルタイムに収集され、診断精度も向上できる。【選択図】図1
