PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic in which an aggregation of black iron oxide is sufficiently suppressed, and which can be easily filled up when manufacturing, and also which is excellent in usability.SOLUTION: An oily solid cosmetic of the invention contains an oily component, and 30-70 mass% of a powder component.
