The present invention relates to an indoor vegetable garden which can be exposed to the outside and receive sunlight through a window and which can be moved indoors so that the vegetables and flowers growing therein can endure the cold. The indoor vegetable garden comprises a body having a particular space and the top part that is opened. A moving wheel is installed at the bottom of the body so as to move along a moving rail. The moving rail moves along a rail guide of a fixed rail fixed to a window frame. The top part of the body moving indoors and outdoors on the window frame is closed by a transparent window. A windproof part is installed to come in contact with the side surfaces of the body and with the transparent window so that the windproof part blocks the wind. Inside the body is divided into water storing space in which water is filled, a hydrophilic space in which hydrophilic plants grow, and a hydrophobic space in which hydrophobic plants grow. Water is sprayed from the water storing space into the hydrophilic space.
