PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular tissue transecting method capable of easily controlling the depth or direction to transect a cellular tissue.SOLUTION: A cellular tissue 16 is transected by forming a notch 56 in a place to transect the cellular tissue 16 and by injecting a liquid 12 into the notch 56 thereby to separate the cellular tissue 16. The liquid 12 is injected in a pulse flow. The liquid 12 is injected to advance obliquely with respect to the tangential direction of the surface of the cellular tissue 16, and is moved at a place, where the liquid 12 hits the surface toward the direction, in which an angle made between the surface and the advancing direction of the liquid 12 is the larger.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】細胞組織を離断させる深さや方向を容易に制御することができる細胞組織離断方法を提供する。【解決手段】細胞組織16を離断する場所に切込56を入れ、切込56に液体12を噴射して切込56を広げて細胞組織16を離断する。液体12はパルス流にして噴射される。細胞組織16の表面の接線方向に対して斜めに液体12が進行するように噴射され、表面と液体12が進行する方向とがなす角度が大きい方の方向に向けて液体12が表面に当たる場所を移動させる。【選択図】図5
