A middle belt includes multiple expandable padding portions. A duty belt includes: a center duty belt portion having a first duty belt side and a second duty belt side, a first elastic end attached to the center duty belt portion and a first belt buckle portion, and a second elastic end attached to the center duty belt portion and a second belt buckle portion.
