PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an Euterpe oleracea-containing beverage that has, even when Euterpe oleracea transparent fruit juice or Euterpe oleracea extract is used, Euterpe oleracea flavor nealy equal to that of Euterpe oleracea pulp and a method for preventing the occurrence of flotation or deposition in the Euterpe oleracea-containing beverage resulting from a fat content or solid content derived from the Euterpe oleracea pulp, and for preventing the contamination of a production line.SOLUTION: There are provided: a beverage containing Euterpe oleracea transparent fruit juice and/or Euterpe oleracea extract, and fruit puree and an Euterpe oleracea-containing beverage according to the above mentioned beverage containing Euterpe oleracea transparent fruit juice and/or Euterpe oleracea extract, wherein a fruit puree content percentage is in a range of 0.1 to 10 mass%.
