Provided is an image analysis apparatus for an easy collaboration test. The image analysis apparatus comprises: an image analysis unit dividing an inputted test image into a plurality of personal areas and a group area and analyzing the test image to derive a cooperative score for each individual area and group area； a cooperative score derivation unit deriving a personal area cooperative score and a group area cooperative score for a plurality of cooperative items based on the analyzed image result； and a score calculation unit calculating a cooperative personal score based on the personal area cooperative score and the group area cooperative score.협력성 검사를 위한 이미지 분석 장치가 제공된다. 상기 이미지 분석 장치는 입력된 검사 이미지를 복수의 개인 영역 및 그룹 영역으로 구분하고, 각 개인 영역 및 상기 그룹 영역에 대한 협력성 점수를 도출하기 위하여 상기 검사 이미지를 분석하는 이미지 분석부와, 분석된 이미지 결과에 기초하여 복수의 협력성 항목에 대한 개인영역 협력성 점수 및 그룹영역 협력성 점수를 도출하는 협력성 점수 도출부와； 상기 개인영역 협력성 점수 및 상기 그룹영역 협력성 점수에 기초하여 협력성 개인 점수를 계산하는 점수 계산부를 포함한다.
