PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of warming a massage treatment planned region at suitable timing before massaging, activating a body activity such as blood circulation, and greatly raising the effect of massage given to the body.SOLUTION: A heating means is provided together with a treatment mechanism incorporated into the massage machine, a heating operation is executed to the treatment planned region to perform a massage operation in the treatment mechanism in a person to be treated before executing the massage operation in the treatment mechanism, and the massage is executed after directly or indirectly warming the treatment planned region in a pressed state.
