The present invention relates to a heating and cooling system using a heat pump, capable of fermenting agriculture products and storing the same at low temperatures. The heating and cooling system includes: a first chamber having an accommodation space a second chamber having the accommodation space a connection chamber between the first chamber and the second chamber a first water tank located in the connection chamber, in which water is stored in the first water tank and a first heat exchange pipe passes through the first water tank a second water tank located in the connection chamber, wherein the water is stored in the second water tank and a second heat exchange pipe connected to the first heat exchange pipe passes through the second water tank a cooling device connected to the first heat exchange pipe and the second heat exchange pipe and having a compressor and an expansion valve a first radiator pipe passing through the inside of the first chamber by being connected to the first water tank a second radiator pipe passing through the inside of the second chamber by being connected to the second water tank and a control unit controlling the operation of components. The water in the first water tank is cooled by evaporation heat of a refrigerant passing through the inside of the first heat exchange pipe, and the water in the second water tank is heated by condensation heat of the refrigerant passing through the inside of the second heat exchange pipe. The water in the first water tank is supplied to the first radiator pipe through a connection pipe to transmit the heat to the first chamber and is returned to the first water tank. The water in the second water tank is supplied to the second radiator pipe through the connection pipe to transmit the heat to the second chamber and is returned to the second water tank.
