The invention relates to a lipid extract of the seeds of passion fruit, Passiflora incarnata and/or Passiflora edulis, preferably P. edulis, characterised in that said lipid extract is an oil of passion fruit seeds concentrated in its unsaponifiable fraction, containing between 3 wt. % and 100 wt. % of unsaponifiable matter in relation to the total weight of the extract. The invention also relates to a method for preparing such an extract and to a composition comprising said extract, especially for the use thereof in a dermatological or pharmaceutical composition or as a food.Linvention concerne un extrait lipidique de graines de Passiflores, Passiflora incarnata et/ou Passiflora edulis, préférentiellement de P. edulis, caractérisé en ce que ledit extrait lipidique est une huile de graines de Passiflores concentrée en sa fraction insaponifiable contenant de 3% à 100% en poids dinsaponifiables, par rapport au poids total de lextrait. Linvention concerne également un procédé de préparation dun tel extrait et une composition comprenant cet extrait, notamment pour son utilisation dans une composition dermatologique, pharmaceutique ou en tant qualiment.
