A sheet-forming sealed portion (3) in which the first nonwoven fabric (1) and second nonwoven fabric (2) are partially heat-sealed comprises a through hole (6) inside an outline (31) thereof, the through hole (6) having an outer periphery (61) that is shaped similar to the shape of the outline (31). The first nonwoven fabric (1) and second nonwoven fabric (2) are joined together at a portion (P) between the outline (31) of the sheet-forming sealed portion (3) and the outer periphery (61) of the through hole (6).
