PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument insertion port organizer, by which with simple structure, surgical instruments such as forceps can be easily inserted, and a leak of the air from the abdominal cavity can be prevent, during the operation and when exchanging surgical instruments and even when surgical instruments are not inserted.SOLUTION: Inside a platelike member 1 having a surgical instrument insertion port (small) 2 and a wall thick ring 8 where appropriate numbers of surgical instrument insertion port (medium) 5 are arranged, and this surgical instrument insertion port (small) 2 and surgical instrument insertion port (medium) 5, the appropriate number of inclusion seals (small) 3 and inclusion seals (medium) 6 are formed. In the abdominal cavity side of the surgical instrument insertion port (small) 2, and the surgical instrument insertion port 5, an opening and closing lid (small) 4 and an opening and closing lid 7 are formed. In the surgery instrument insertion port organizer, the inclusion seal (small) 3, inclusion seals (medium) 6, and ribs 9 are formed, wherein the ribs 9 are formed between the appropriate number of surgical instrument insertion ports (small) 2 and the surgical instrument insertion port (medium) 5, both surgical instrument insertion ports being provided on the platelike member 1.
