The present invention relates to a composition comprising a Dendropanax morbiferus extract for improving male sexual function. One result observed from an experiment of a Dendropanax morbiferus extract using the corpus cavernosum penis of a rabbit shows that a water extract, an ethanol extract, and an aqueous solution of an ethanol extract of the Dendropanax morbifera leaf and a fraction of a hot water extract of Dendropanax morbifera, which is fractionated by using any one selected from the group consisting of butanol, hexane, ethyl acetate, and chloroform as a fractional solvent, relaxes the smooth muscle of the corpus cavernosum penis, thereby enhancing the erection of the penis, and particularly improving male sexual function by showing the significant relaxing effect on the corpus cavernosum penis of a rabbit.
