PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing noises from bowel sound is provided to measure the movement of a bowel noninvasively and quantitively by measuring bowel sound from the outside of an examinee. CONSTITUTION: A signal collection portion(100) outputs a measured signal by measuring bowel sound generated from a bowel. A noise cancellation portion(200) outputs the bowel sound from which noises are removed by eliminating the noises from the bowel sound outputted from the signal collection portion. A variable extracting portion(300) extracts feature variables from the bowel sound from which noises are removed. A relational expression generating portion(400) generates a relational expression between the extracted feature variables and pre-measured CTT(Colon transit time). A bowel movement diagnostic portion(500) diagnoses the movement state of the bowel.본 발명은 장에서 발생하는 소리를 수집하는 데 불가피하게 유입되는 잡음을 줄일 수 있는 장음 신호에서 잡음을 제거하는 장치를 제공한다.
