A catheter which locks pads (1301, 1302) and cuts sutures (901, 902), said catheter comprising an inner sheath tube (1000) and an outer sheath tube (600) connected in a slidingly sleeved manner, an inner tube head (500) being fixed at a far end of the inner sheath tube (1000), the inner tube head (500) movably docking with a lock (200) via a pin (504), the inner tube head (500) at least being provided with a suture hole (503) and a pull line ring hole (502), at least a portion of the suture hole (503) being located between the pull line ring hole (502) and the pin (504), a position at a far end of the inner tube head (500) and between the suture hole (503) and the pull line ring hole (502) being provided with a cutting platform, the cutting platform being used for cutting the sutures (901, 902) matched with a pull line ring (800).La présente invention concerne un cathéter qui bloque les tampons (1301, 1302) et coupe les sutures (901, 902), ledit cathéter comprenant un tube de gaine interne (1000) et un tube de gaine externe (600) reliés emboîtés et coulissants, une tête de tube interne (500) étant fixée au niveau dune extrémité distale du tube de gaine interne (1000), la tête de tube interne (500) samarrant de manière amovible avec un verrou (200) par lintermédiaire dune broche (504), la tête de tube interne (500) étant au moins étant pourvue dun trou de suture (503) et dun trou pour anneau de ligne de traction (502), au moins une partie du trou de suture (503) étant située entre le trou pour anneau de ligne de traction (502) et la broche (504), une position au niveau dune extrémité distale de la tête de tube interne (500) et entre le trou de suture (503) et le trou annulaire de ligne de traction (502) étant pourvue dune plate-forme de coupe, la plate-forme de coupe étant utilisée pour couper les sutures (901, 902) correspondant à un anneau de ligne de traction (800).
