The present invention relates to a PAR1 active enhancer and a composition for treating wounds including the same and, more specifically, to a low molecular compound which enhances PAR1 activity, a PAR1 active enhancer composition including the same, a pharmaceutical composition for healing wounds, promoting skin regeneration, and preventing or treating bleeding disorders, a pseudo-drug composition, and a cosmetic composition. The compound of the present invention: greatly lowers the possibility of side effects by enhancing the activity of a PAR1 receptor only when the PAR1 receptor is activated by thrombin or the like in a human body without activating the PAR1 receptor by itself； and is able to significantly increase the speed of wound healing by promoting the growth and movement of keratinocytes and fibroblasts through the enhancement of PAR1 activity. Accordingly, the compound of the present invention can be used for cosmetics for skin regeneration and a composition for preventing and treating blood coagulation diseases as well as can be developed as new wound healing medicine specifically acting for wound treatment by reinforcing the activity of a PAR1 receptor. The PAR1 activity enhancer composition comprises a compound represented by chemical formula, a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.본 발명은 PAR1 활성 강화제 및 이를 포함하는 상처 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 본 발명은 PAR1 활성을 강화시키는 저분자 화합물, 이를 포함하는 PAR1 활성 강화제 조성물, 상처 치유, 피부 재생 촉진, 출혈성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 의약외품 조성물 및 화장품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물은 PAR1 수용체를 자체적으로 활성화 시키지 않고 인체에서 트롬빈 등에 의해서 PAR1 수용체가 활성화 될 때만 PAR1 수용체의 활성을 강화시키는 특징을 가지기 때문에 부작용이 발생할 가능성을 크게 낮춰주며, PAR1 활성 강화를 통해 각질형성세포, 섬유아세포의 성장 및 이동을 촉진함으로써 상처회복 속도를 현저히 증가시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 화합물은 PAR1 수용체의 활성을 강화시켜 상처 치료에 특이적으로 작용하는 새로운 상처 치료제 혁신 신약으로 개발될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 피부 재생용 화장품, 혈액 응고 질환의 예방 및 치료용 조성물로 활용될 수 있다.
