The prosthesis 10 includes an expandable tubular framework 12 having a first end 14, a second end 16 and a lumen extending therethrough along the longitudinal axis. The inflatable tubular framework includes a plurality of interconnected struts (20). The interconnected struts include a radially outward surface, wherein the radially outward surface includes a plurality of anti-movement grooves (32) defining anti-migration teeth (30) formed therebetween.
