PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder cosmetics that inhibit makeup deterioration, such as color change and shininess, which usually occurs with time after the application of powder cosmetics.SOLUTION: A powder cosmetic inhibiting color change of powder raw materials and shininess that cause makeup deterioration can be provided by compounding, into a powder cosmetic, oil-impregnated porous powders in which porous powders, such as silica, are previously impregnated with an oil solution having an IOB value of 0.1 or less, such as squalane, liquid paraffin, octyldodecyl myristic acid, 2-hexyldecyl stearate, and 2-hexyldecyl isostearate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
