As the mobility increases, the composition can be usefully used in pharmaceutical compositions, health functional foods and health supplements for the prevention and treatment of male infertility.본 발명은(a) 모노트로페인 (Monotropein), (b) 데아세틸아스페룰로시딕 산 (Deacetyl asperulosidic acid) (c) 카엠페롤 (kaempferol) 3-갈락토시드(galactoside)； (d)퀘르세틴(Quercetin) 4'-글루코시드(glucoside)(스피라에오시드: Spiraeoside), 및 (e) 퀘르세틴(quercetin) 및 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 화합물 조합을 유효성분으로 함유하는 남성 불임증 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물 조합을 대상으로 사람과 돼지정액의 정자수와 운동성 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 시험관내 (In vitro) 정자 운동 증진 효능 평가법 실험을 통하여 본 발명의 시료들이 사람과 돼지정액에서 정자 운동성이 증가함으로서, 상기 조성물을 남성불임증의 예방 및 치료용 약학조성물, 건강기능식품 및 건강보조식품에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
