PURPOSE: A hydrogel containing biocompatible polymers and polyvalent alcohol is provided to improve gelling rate, swelling, and adhesion and to relieve allergic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogel with improved skin adhesion for allergic dermatitis contains 1-25 wt% of biocompatible polymers, 1-5 wt% of adhesive polymers, 1-20 wt% of polyvalent alcohol, 1-80 wt% of medicinal herb extract, and anti-evaporation film. The biocompatible polymer is polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrolidone, polyacrylic acid, or polyethylene oxide, carrageenan, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, agar, alginate or chitosan. The adhesive polymers are polyisobutylene, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylate, polybutene or gelatin. The medicinal herb is Huttuynia cordata, Gechoma longituba, Pantago formosana, Mori Folium, or pine needles.본 발명은 생체적합성 고분자, 점착성 고분자, 다가 알코올, 약용식물 추출물 및 수분 증발 방지막을 포함하여 구성되는 피부 점착력이 향상된 알레르기성 피부질환 개선용 수화겔에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 수화겔은 생체적합성 고분자, 점착성 고분자 및 다가 알코올을 약용식물 추출물에 용해시켜 수용액을 제조하는 단계(단계 1)； 상기 단계 1에서 얻은 수용액을 친수성 부직포 및 통기성 폴리에틸렌 필름을 합지한 수분 증발 방지막에 도포 및 캐스팅하는 단계(단계 2)； 상기 단계 2에서 얻은 캐스팅된 겔을 응고시켜 예비 수화겔을 형성하는 단계(단계 3)； 상기 단계 3에서 얻은 예비 수화겔의 표면에 박리 필름을 덮고 포장하는 단계(단계 3)； 및 상기 단계 4에서 얻은 포장된 겔을 방사선으로 조사하고 멸균하는 단계(단계 5)를 포함하여 이루어지는 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있으며, 상기 수화겔은 겔화율, 팽윤도 및 점착력이 향상됨으로써 같은 용적 내에 많은 유효성분을 함유할 뿐만 아니라, 약물을 장시간 동안 효과적으로 투여할 수 있으므로 알레르기성 피부질환을 개선하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
