The present invention relates to ligation performance according to a ligation clip for surgical operations using intended deformation properties of a polymer material to prevent a body fluid such as blood or the like from leaking by ligating tissues such as blood vessels or the like temporally or permanently in surgical operations. Each rear end of the ligation clip is connected by a hinge. As a female head and a male head provided on each front end of a female leg protruding upward and a male leg protruding upward to correspond to the same are coupled with elasticity and restoration, the polymer ligation clip ligates blood vessels provided between the female leg and the male leg. The hinge comprises: an inner hinge unit and an outer hinge unit having a slit interposed therebetween； and, when the contact surface of inner blood vessels of the ligation clip and the inner hinge unit in the same line are ligated and deformed in a slip space, a protruding unit on the outer hinge unit as a pressurizing means of deformation folding.본 발명은 외과적 수술시 일시적 또는 영구적으로 혈관 등의 조직을 결찰하여 혈액 등의 체액이 누수되지 않도록 하기 위한 폴리머 재질의 의도된 변형특성을 이용한 외과 수술용 결찰클립의 구조에 따른 결찰 성능에 관한 것으로서, 상기 결찰클립은 각 후단이 힌지에 의해 연결된 것으로서 상향 볼록한 암레그와 이에 대응하도록 상향 볼록한 수레그의 각 선단에 구비된 암헤드와 수헤드가 탄성과 회유에 의해 체결되면서 암레그와 수레그 사이에 놓여진 혈관을 결찰하는 폴리머 결찰클립에 있어서, 상기 힌지는 슬릿을 사이에 둔 내측힌지부와 외측힌지부 및, 결찰클립의 내부 혈관 접촉면과 동일 선상의 내측힌지부가 결찰시, 슬릿 공간ㅇ서 변형될 때, 변형 접힘의 가압수단으로 외측 힌지부에 돌출부가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
