The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a pellet-type composition for preventing the coccidiosis symptom of cattle, comprising the steps of: premixing monensin sodium, which is a main material, salt (NaCl), sodium saccharine, propionic acid, and calcium carbonate, which are auxiliary materials, and certain amounts of wheat bran, rumen corn and under-grade wheat flour, which are forming agents adding moisture to the premix by a spray while mixing the premix with certain amounts of the forming agents, and mixing the premix with the remaining amounts of the forming agents again making pellets and cutting the pellets into a constant size by mixing the premix, which has been manufactured by mixing the main material, the auxiliary materials and the forming agents, with a water-soluble material, and molding the mixture by an extruder at temperatures of 45 to 50°C and drying, passing, through an iron-removing sorter, and packing the pellets.
